  Fantastic visit this place when staying in the Norbeck hotel 2 tram stops away. Great food, reasonably priced and lovely staff. Puddings are fantastic.

  A lovely place with friendly staff and very affordable food. The steak pie and chips was very nice. As other reviews have mentioned, they don't do card payment. However, if you're just looking to feed yourself with a main dish and one drink, you'll generally be able to get that for less than a tenner, which is great when you're used to London prices like I am. Definitely worth a visit!

  Friendly staff but food and drink overpriced and overrated. Chips were dry and hard to eat. Plaice was small and flavourless, haddock moist but flavourless. Even the tartare sauce might as well have been mayo, pale and flavourless mushy peas and watered down vinegar! Had been looking forward to trying this eatery but so disappointed.

  Ace service brilliant food. Just make sure you have cash cards not accepted.

  Food is cheap and of standard quality. Deserts are very good though! Can get very busy during peak times (e.g. Illuminations season) but the staff generally handle everything well.
