  I came with my wife and was amazed at the prices and quality. So much so I'm here on my own now and dining on the Seniors Menu, it's cost me less than eight quid for a three course meal and a pint of Stella, plus delightful service at the table by friendly staff. Full marks.

  Not entirely sure how someone has commented saying they got a 3 course meal and a pint for under £8...
  
  £3.90 for my pint... other places are about £2.90.
  
  This place is expensive for beer. Food is cheap and cheerful... usual chain owned pub food.
  
  Been here a few times, it's good for sport on big screen projectors, that's where it ends.
  
  Expensive and usually busy with spilt beer and drunk people everywhere...
  
  On a plus staff seemed nice and were quick behind bar.
