- 3 / 5By Vicki KirkmanHotel was nice but I had an accident in the night and smashed my face. When my partner tried to find a first aider and kit the guy on reception had no idea. Then told us the car park they promote was 24/7 and we'd be able to get out to get to hospital but it wasn't and we were stood outside the car park, with a head injury, for half an hour before we could get the car. Hotel ok, service pretty poor.May 22, 2017
